This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children who require additional support, while working as part of a supportive and passionate team.The Role: Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Assist in delivering tailored learning activities in line with the Early Years curriculum. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure pupils are fully supported in their development. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience working with children in Early Years. Strong background in supporting children with SEND needs. A relevant qualification: Level 2/3 in Childcare OR Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning. A positive, resilient, and nurturing approach to supporting children. A valid DBS/Criminal Conviction Check on the update service (or willingness to apply for a new one).
