Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils reach their full potential. Assist pupils with their academic, social and emotional development. Help maintain a safe, positive and well-organised classroom. Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEND, where required. Encourage positive behaviour, independence and confidence. Work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff to meet pupils individual needs. The Ideal Candidate Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting, although relevant transferable experience may also be considered.
