• Supporting students with SEND in a classroom setting, providing tailored assistance to meet their individual needs.
• Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement learning strategies.

• Previous experience working with children with SEND is desirable.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are an advantage but not essential.
