The provision focuses on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where pupils can develop their confidence, independence and social skills.We are looking for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to work on a day-to-day supply basis, with long-term opportunities available. The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will support pupils with ASD and ADHD, working alongside teaching staff to deliver tailored learning activities, encourage positive behaviour and provide both one-to-one and small group support.The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have: A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirableExperience working with children or young people with SEND, particularly ASD and ADHDExperience supporting pupils with additional learning and behavioural needsA good understanding of positive behaviour management ..... full job details .....
