The schools are looking for passionate SEND Teaching Assistants to support them for both day to day and long term supply.The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism / ASD, learning difficulties, communication needs, PMLD and SEMH, working closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support, deliver interventions and encourage positive engagement in learning.The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:• Experience working with children or young people with SEND• A good understanding of a variety of SEND• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills• The ability to support pupils with challenging behaviours where required• A patient, caring and adaptable approach• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people to achieve their goalsIn return for the above you can expect to receive:• A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 ..... full job details .....
