      <description>Location: Eccles | Salary: &amp;pound;109 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Temporary | SEND Teaching Assistant (TA) - M30 Area    Start Date:  ASAP   Contract:  Full-time, Temporary with Long-Term Potential   Pay Rate:  -109.85 - -120 per day (depending on experience)  We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the M30 area. This is a full-time position with an immediate start and strong long-term potential for the right candidate.   Key Responsibilities:    Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)  Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities  Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs  Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment  Monitor and report on pupil progress  Promote positive behaviour and support individual learning plans (EHCPs where applicable)    Requirements:    Previous experience working within a school or SEND environment is highly desirable  Strong understanding of SEND needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or similar  A valid DBS on the Update Service (UDS), or willingness to obtain a new one  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  A patient, empathetic, and pr...</description>
