Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant - Staffordshire Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant or have a background in Health and Social Care? Aspire People are currently recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants across Staffordshire to support pupils within specialist education settings. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys making a real difference to young people who may require additional support throughout the school day. You could be supporting pupils with autism, communication needs, complex learning difficulties, SEMH and challenging behaviour. We are looking for candidates who have: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Level 3 Health and Social CarePrevious experience supporting children or young peopleA genuine interest in working within SENDA calm, patient and consistent approachConfidence supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basisThe flexibility to work across a variety of SEN settings Both day-to-day and longer-term opportunities are available for the right candidates.
