This setting operates within a structured, low-arousal environment designed to support pupils with: Autism (ASD)Speech and Language needsSevere Learning Difficulties (SLD)Emotional regulation and anxiety This is not a typical classroom setting the focus is on individual development, communication, and consistency.The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience supporting children with ASD and/or speech and language needsA calm, patient and nurturing approachAbility to work within structured routinesStrong communication skills and emotional awarenessBackground in SEND, care, or support work (desirable) Key Responsibilities: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basisAssisting with communication-based learning activitiesEncouraging emotional regulation and engagementWorking closely with teaching staff and SEND specialists -Competitive rates of pay from between £90- £110 per day (AWR Compliant)-On the job training provided by the school-24/7 support and feedback from experienced education consultantsWe pride ourselves on intelligently matching our supply and permanent candidates to schools, ensuring that the opportunities stretch and fulfil career ambitions.
