This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about helping young people with Special Educational Needs thrive both academically and personally.As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to provide personalised support to students with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. Your role will involve in-class assistance, small-group interventions, implementing tailored strategies, and helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.Please note: Only candidates with proven experience working in secondary schools and within the education sector will be considered for this role.
