Whatever your current job is, it may not be using that skill fully.Reed Education are working with a specialist school in Croydon that supports pupils aged 4 to 19 with Autism, severe learning difficulties, and complex needs. Many pupils are non-verbal or have very limited verbal communication, so staff learn to understand what a child is communicating through behaviour, gesture, routines, sensory responses, and alternative communication methods such as AAC and visual supports.This is a calm, structured, sensory-aware environment where every pupil is treated as an individual. The curriculum is built around communication, independence, emotional regulation, life skills, and personal development, as well as learning.
