Sports Coach - SEND Provision (SEMH Focus)Location: East LondonStart Date: ASAP or September 2026Contract: Full-time, Long-termPay: £110 - £130 per day (dependent on experience)Are you a passionate Sports Coach looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are currently recruiting for a full-time Sports Coach to work within a specialist SEND provision supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.This is a rewarding opportunity to use sport as a tool to engage, motivate, and support students who may have faced challenges in mainstream education.The RoleDeliver structured and engaging sports sessions and physical activitiesSupport pupils with SEMH needs, promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulationWork closely with teaching staff to support learning both inside and outside the classroomBuild strong, positive relationships with pupils to encourage participation and engagementAssist with behaviour management using a calm and consistent approachRequirementsExperience working with children or young people in a sports coaching or educational settingStrong behaviour management skills and ability to engage students with SEMH needsTeam player with a proactive and resilient attitudePassion for supporting young people and making a positive impactWhat We OfferCompetitive daily rate of £110 - £130Opportunity to work in a supportive SEND environmentLong-term, full-time role with potential to become permanentImmediate or September ..... full job details .....
