Due to the remote location, this role would be ideal for someone with own transport.Teaching Assistant ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with ASCSupport students with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulationImplement strategies in line with EHCPs and individual support plansUse structured approaches such as visual timetables and sensory strategiesSupport behaviour management and promote positive learning outcomesWork closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staffHelp create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Experience, Training and QualificationsExperience supporting children or young people with ASC (school or care setting)Understanding of SEN and inclusive education practicesCalm, patient, and empathetic approachRelevant training (e.g. autism awareness, ..... full job details .....
