About the School A well-established and inclusive SEN school based in Darlington Supports pupils aged 2-19, with opportunities across both primary and secondary phases A collaborative and supportive working environment, with a strong leadership team Staff work closely together to provide consistent, high-quality support for all learners The Role Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs Support learners with needs including ASD, ADHD, PMLD, MLD, and SEMH Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum and engaging in learning activities Support behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies Work closely with class teachers and wider staff to understand individual learning needs Provide personal care where required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times About You We are looking for individuals who are: Experienced ..... full job details .....
