A large proportion of the children have Autism Spectrum Disorder / ASD alongside Moderate Learning Disabilities / MLD or Severe Learning Disabilities / SLD, and the setting is committed to providing appropriate support for every child.The provision is looking for a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant for both part-time and full-time opportunities, with day-to-day and long-term work available. The successful Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant will support pupils with their learning, development and engagement, working alongside teaching staff to help meet individual needs and provide consistent support throughout the school day.The successful Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant will have: Experience supporting children or young people with special educational needsExperience supporting pupils with ASD, MLD and/or SLDA good understanding of the needs of primary-aged ..... full job details .....
