      <description>Location: Newcastle upon Tyne | Salary: &amp;pound;95.00 - &amp;pound;115/day | Type: Contract | PK Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and nurturing SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in North Tyneside on a full-time maternity cover contract starting after May half term.  This rewarding opportunity will run from June 2026 through to June 2027 and will involve supporting pupils within the school’s specialist SEN Unit.  The SEN Unit currently supports 12 pupils from Reception through to Year 5, providing a highly structured and supportive learning environment for children with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD) and Speech &amp; Language difficulties.
