This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who enjoys building strong relationships with pupils and knows how to provide the right balance of encouragement, structure and consistency.We''re looking for someone who:Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualificationHas good experience working within a school settingIs confident supporting pupils with SEND and additional needsCan adapt learning and break activities down to help pupils access the curriculumHas strong behaviour management and can remain calm and consistentIs comfortable supporting pupils individually and in small groupsIs reliable, proactive and able to quickly become part of a school teamThis would particularly suit an experienced TA looking for a long-term role where they can really get to know the pupils, staff and routines of the school, rather than moving between day-to-day bookings.Premier Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
