You ll be working with Primary-aged students who are non-verbal and pre-verbal, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and thrive in a nurturing and supportive environment.The role can be challenging at times, but it s also hugely rewarding perfect for someone who is energetic, committed, and wants to be part of a team that inspires potential in every childWhat you ll be doing: Supporting the teacher in class and working closely with SEND students.Building trusted relationships with pupils to create a safe, encouraging learning space.Taking a hands-on, proactive approach to get involved in all aspects of school life.Providing a nurturing and patient attitude to help students overcome frustrations and celebrate successes.Adapting support strategies to meet a wide range of needs, from autism to severe learning difficulties.
