      <description>Location: Enfield | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | SEND Teaching Assistant Year 3 Edgware Full-time Start Date: September 2026 Ongoing until July 2027  An outstanding two-form entry primary school in Edgware is seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a rewarding long-term opportunity, with the role continuing until July 2026. The Role You will provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil in Year 3 with Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The pupil accesses the mainstream curriculum with the right support but can become dysregulated at times and may display behaviours that are physically challenging. The successful candidate will be confident in using positive behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques to help the pupil regulate their emotions and re-engage with learning.
