Rising Hope Education is recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in East London from September, working with primary-aged pupils within a Year 2 class. You''ll be supporting children with a range of additional needs, including autism and communication, sensory and emotional regulation needs. For some children, communicating what they want, need or feel can be incredibly difficult. That''s why we''re looking for somebody who doesn''t simply react to behaviour-but is curious enough to understand what the child might be trying to communicate. Your role will include supporting: Communication and interaction Sensory and emotional regulation Classroom learning Transitions and routines Social interaction Independence and life skills Positive behaviour and engagement Who could this suit?
