The school is looking for two teaching assistants on a Temp to Perm contract. The school proudly supports young people aged 11-16, providing a safe and nurturing environment for pupils with a wide range of learning difficulties and complex needs, including autism, SEMH, and challenging behaviours. Every pupil has an EHCP, which sits at the heart of a personalised curriculum delivered through carefully tailored pathways.The Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both 1:1 and in small groups, your personality is key in getting the best out of the learners.
