About the Role Working alongside class teachers, the SENCo, and other professionals, your duties will include (but are not limited to): Supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom Assisting the teacher in delivering engaging and well-structured lessons Setting clear, individualised expectations for each pupil Using positive reinforcement strategies where appropriate Monitoring progress and/or behaviour, providing feedback to teachers and parents Supporting students outside the classroom to help them regulate before reintegration Encouraging the development of resilience, self-regulation, and positive social skills Ideal Candidate Profile Experienced and passionate about working with pupils with SEND Calm, confident, and able to stay composed during challenging situations Able to build strong relationships while maintaining consistent boundaries Dependable and committed to a ..... full job details .....
