Key Stage 1 and 2 SEND Teaching Assistant - Primary School Location: Roydon, Harlow, CM19 Pay: per day Contract Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, long-term temporary with potential to become permanent for the right person Start Date: ASAP Commutable from: Harlow, Epping, Hoddesdon, Broxbourne, Sawbridgeworth and surrounding areas Long Term Futures is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across Key Stages 1 and 2 at a primary school in Roydon, Harlow. This is a full-time position for someone who can provide consistent, practical support within the classroom and help pupils engage positively with their learning. The role will involve a mixture of individual, small-group and classroom-based support. Pupil needs may vary, so we are looking for someone adaptable who can build positive relationships, follow guidance from teaching staff and adjust their approach to suit different learners. Previous relevant experience is required, although candidates with strong transferable experience may also be considered.
