You will work closely with classroom teachers and the SENCO to deliver structured support, implement visual timetables, and create a sensory-friendly learning environment. Key Responsibilities   Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with ASC/ASD.    Use de-escalation strategies and aid communication using PECS or Makaton where needed.    Assist in creating tailored visual schedules and movement breaks.   Requirements &amp; Qualifications    Experience:  Minimum 6–12 months of direct experience working with autistic children or young adults in an educational, care, or support setting.
