The SEND Teaching Assistant appointed for the position will be working in an Alternative Provision within school, which is designed to support around 8 pupils with SEND. The school is willing to provide training to support the appointed TA, but some background in working with SEND pupils would be desirable. This is a ‘Good’ Primary School, where staff are committed to supporting each child and using adaptive strategies to meet children’s needs.
