This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to helping pupils reach their full potential.The RoleAs a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:Support pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, and communication difficulties.Work on a 1:1 basis and with small groups to help students access learning.Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.Promote positive behaviour and encourage independence.Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.Support students with personal care where required.The Ideal CandidateExperience working with children or young people with SEND (school, care, youth work or similar).A calm, patient, and resilient approach.Passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.What We OfferCompetitive daily pay.Dedicated consultant supporting ..... full job details .....
