This role is full-time , due to start ASAP , with the opportunity to progress into a permanent position within the school . The child demonstrates challenging behaviours , so we are looking for someone with strong behaviour management skills, patience, and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships. Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is essential, and Team Teach training would be highly beneficial.
