Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to enhance students'' understanding and skills.
  • Collaborate with educators to develop effective strategies for classroom management and student engagement.
  • Help implement tailored Educational Plans for students requiring additional support.
  • Facilitate a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and motivation.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers on student performance and behavior.
  • Actively participate in school events and contribute to a positive school community.


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role within an educational environment is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and staff.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to the diverse needs of students.
  • Relevant certifications such as First Aid or Safeguarding training are advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for supporting student achievement and well-being.
