SEND Teaching Assistant (SEMH Experience Required)
Kent| -106 per day | Term Time Only | 8:30am - 3:30pm

We are seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in schools across the Kent area. All candidates must have extensive experience working with SEN and managing challenging behaviour, particularly within an SEMH environment.

What You''ll Be Doing:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND
* Supporting students with complex needs within an SEMH setting
* Managing and responding effectively to challenging behaviour
* Assisting with personal care when required
* Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and independence
* Working closely with teaching staff to support learning and wellbeing

The Details:
* Monday to Friday
* 8:30am - 3:30pm
* Term time only
* -106 daily rate

We''re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has extensive experience working with SEN and challenging behaviour
* Has experience supporting pupils in an SEMH environment
* Is confident supporting students with complex needs
* Is comfortable with personal care responsibilities
* Is patient, resilient, and adaptable
* Is passionate about making a difference in young people''s lives
