  • Work closely with teachers and therapists to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Provide emotional and social support to students, helping them develop communication and independence skills.
  • Support with personal care where necessary and promote well-being.
  • Foster a positive and safe atmosphere within the classroom.

What We''re Looking For

We welcome candidates with a passion for supporting autistic children and young people. Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience working with children or young people with autism and/or special educational needs (SEN).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
  • An understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

What We Offer

  • A rewarding role making a genuine impact in the lives of young people.
  • Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
