SEND Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to support schools across Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and supporting learners with additional needs.

Key Requirements:

• Experience supporting learners with SEND/SEMH needs

• Confidence delivering English, Maths and/or Science at a range of levels

• Patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach

• Strong communication and behaviour-support skills

• Ability to individualise learning and build positive relationships

• A good understanding of safeguarding (training provided)
