This rewarding role involves supporting children aged 3 11 with a range of complex SEND needs, with a particular focus on pupils with Autism and social communication difficulties. The school provides a highly personalised curriculum, small class sizes and a nurturing environment where every child is supported to achieve their full potential.The Role: Support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition and associated communication needs.Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions tailored to individual EHCP targets.Use visual supports, structured routines and communication strategies to promote engagement.Support the development of social, emotional and independence skills.Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and families to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with children with Autism and SEND.Knowledge of communication strategies such as PECS, Makaton or visual timetables is desirable.A ..... full job details .....
