This is a full-time position, starting ASAP and continuing until December 2026 . The successful candidate will support pupils with additional needs , including those who may display challenging behaviour , helping them to engage in learning and feel supported within the classroom. The role will involve providing 1:1 and small group support , working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support strategies.
