Aura Education is recruiting for a prominent primary SEND school in the heart of Liverpool, they are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual to join their team for the entire academic year. Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant specializing in Special Needs, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder. Your primary responsibilities will include: Providing oneon-one support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individualized education plans (IEPs) are met. Assisting classroom teachers in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Implementing strategies to help students develop their communication, social, and academic skills. Offering emotional support to children, helping them build confidence and independence. Collaborating with the school''s SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) to assess, plan, and monitor the progress of students.
