The Role As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support for children with complex learning and physical needs, working closely with teachers and other professionals to create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access learning. Supporting pupils with personal care, including toileting and changing where required. Assisting with mobility needs, including wheelchair transfers and hoisting. Delivering sensory and communication-based activities tailored to individual needs.
