Location: Northfield, BirminghamStart Date: September 2026Role: SEN Teaching AssistantHours: Full-time, Monday-FridayAre you an experienced Teaching Assistant passionate about supporting children and young people with additional needs?Aspire People are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in Northfield, Birmingham, supporting pupils aged 2-19 with a range of complex SEND needs.The successful candidates will provide classroom and individual support, helping pupils access learning and develop their communication, independence and social skills. The role may involve supporting pupils with Autism, PMLD, severe learning difficulties, physical disabilities and complex needs.The ideal candidate will:Have previous experience working with children or young people with SENDBe patient, caring and confident supporting pupils with complex needsHave strong behaviour management and communication skillsBe comfortable providing 1:1 and small-group supportBe willing to support with personal care where requiredHave a relevant Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experienceThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking to work within a specialist setting where you can make a genuine difference to pupils'' lives.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
