This rewarding, full-time position is to start as soon as possible and will continue until at least July 2027 with the potential to extend into the next academic year. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing an individualised support plan, working closely with the school SENDCo and external agencies to help the child achieve their personal and academic goals in line with their EHCP.
