This is a full-time opportunity to support children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, sensory processing needs and complex learning needs. The school provides a structured and nurturing environment where pupils receive tailored support to help them develop academically, socially and emotionally. Small class sizes and high staff-to-pupil ratios enable staff to deliver personalised support throughout the school day. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other specialist staff to support pupils with varying levels of need.
