Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and skilled SEND Tutor to provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The tutor will deliver personalised learning programmes designed to meet individual needs, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally. The role involves working closely with students, parents/carers and other professionals to ensure each learner reaches their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver individualised tutoring sessions to students with SEND (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, learning difficulties). Develop and implement personalised learning plans Adapt teaching strategies and resources to suit different learning styles and abilities. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents/carers and relevant professionals.
