We have opportunities for teachers to support pupils with a wide range of needs, helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.The RolePlanning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to meet pupils'' individual needs.Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, SLD, PMLD, physical disabilities and speech and language difficulties.Creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.Adapting teaching approaches and resources to suit different learning styles and abilities.Supporting pupils with EHCPs and working towards their individual targets.Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists and other professionals.Encouraging communication, independence, confidence and positive behaviour.What We''re Looking ForQualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable, although relevant teaching experience and alternative qualifications may be considered depending on the role.Experience working with children or young people with SEND is beneficial.Strong classroom management and relationship-building ..... full job details .....
