This is a rewarding opportunity for a patient, adaptable and nurturing teacher who is committed to helping every pupil make progress.The Role As a SEND Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet individual needs.Support pupils with needs such as autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication difficulties.Create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment.Monitor, assess and report on pupil progress.Follow Education, Health and Care Plans and individual support plans.Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, carers and other professionals.Promote pupils confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing.Manage behaviour positively and consistently. The Successful Candidate Will Have Qualified Teacher Status, QTLS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.Previous experience teaching or supporting pupils with SEND.Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.The ability to differentiate lessons effectively.A patient, resilient and nurturing approach.Excellent ..... full job details .....
