The school is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where young people with SEND and SEMH needs can develop academically, socially and emotionally.The school is looking to take on a SEND Teacher on a short-term, full-time basis, with the opportunity for the placement to become long term for the right candidate. The successful SEND Teacher will work within the SEND hub, supporting young people with SEND and SEMH needs while delivering engaging lessons, adapting learning to individual needs and creating a positive classroom environment.The successful SEND Teacher will have:• QTS (ECTs are also welcome to apply) • Experience working with children and young people with SEND and/or SEMH needs • Experience adapting teaching and learning to meet individual needs • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills • A patient, resilient and supportive approach • Strong communication and relationship-building skillsIn return for the above ..... full job details .....
