* Position: Special Needs Teacher (Supply)
* Location: Cool and welcoming Special Needs Schools in Coventry
* Contract Type: Full-time - day-to-day or long-term placements (you choose!)
* Start Date: ASAP - let''s get you started!

What You''ll Be Doing:
* Creating awesome lesson plans that help students shine in their own unique ways
* Offering one-on-one support to students with all kinds of needs (Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities... you name it!)
* Shaping minds and creating a safe, inclusive space where every student can thrive
* Working alongside other amazing staff to deliver individualized learning plans (IEPs)
* Helping students build confidence, tackle challenges, and celebrate every little success!
* Using your creativity and passion to keep lessons fun, engaging, and meaningful

What We''re Looking For:
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (you''ve got the credentials, we''ve got the placement!)
* Experience working with SEN students and a heart for making learning accessible to all
* Patience, creativity, and that magical spark to engage students
* Strong classroom management skills (you''re cool under pressure)
* DBS check - DBS needs to be on the update service or willing to pay for one
* Bonus points if you''ve worked with specific conditions like Autism, ADHD, or Dyslexia - but don''t worry, training is available!
