About the Role:

This is a brilliant opportunity to lead a small, well-supported class of pupils with a range of special educational needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Communication and interaction difficulties
• Sensory processing disorders

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual EHCPs, while fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) andndash; essential
• A strong understanding of SEN, particularly autism and sensory needs
• Experience working in a specialist or inclusive setting (preferred)
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach
