We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Milton Keynes. Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs

• 
  

  Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that support various learning styles

• 
  

  Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SENCOs

• 
  

  Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments where needed

• 
  

  Communicate regularly with parents and carers regarding pupil development

• 
  

  Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment

• 
  

  Stay current with best practices in SEND education through ongoing professional development

• 
  

  Manage behaviour using clear, consistent strategies that support emotional regulation and learning

Candidate Requirements

• 
  

  Degree in Special Education or a related subject (Masterandrsquo;s desirable)

• 
  

  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with SEND specialism

• 
  

  Experience working with students with a range of SEND needs

• 
  

  Strong understanding of learning difficulties and developmental disorders

• 
  

  Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• 
  

  A genuine passion for inclusive education and personalised learning
