We are working with a special educational needs (SEN) school in Medway who are seeking a passionate and committed SEND Teacher to join their team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who wants to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

The Role:

• Deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of pupils with a range of SEND
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Work closely with support staff and the wider team to ensure the best outcomes for students

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) andndash; applications welcome from ECTs and experienced teachers
• Experience working with SEND students (in mainstream or specialist settings)
• Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to teaching
