Salary: andpound;163andndash;andpound;223 per day (Dependent on experience and qualifications)

Supply Desk are proud to be working with a fantastic and expanding SEND school in Medway, catering to both primary and secondary-aged pupils, to recruit a full-time SEND Teacher starting in September 2025. This long-term role runs through to July 2026, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

The school supports pupils with a range of SEND, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and offers a calm, structured environment with excellent team support and development opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children and young people with SEND, particularly ASC
• Be passionate about making a positive, lasting impact on students'' academic and personal development
• Show resilience, consistency, and commitment, and want to build long-term relationships with students and staff
• Be able to deliver tailored, engaging lessons, ideally including Functional Skills or practical learning approaches
• Be confident managing behaviour calmly and positively
• Be an excellent communicator who can work well with support staff and other professionals
• QTS is desirable but not essential andndash; experience and the right mindset are most important
