SEND Teacher

We are looking to appoint a passionate and skilled Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Teacher to join a dedicated team at a specialist SEND school in Bromsgrove. The successful candidate will have experience working with pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, severe learning difficulties, and associated behavioural challenges, and will be confident in delivering a differentiated and engaging curriculum tailored to individual abilities. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons that support both academic progress and personal development, while fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families, you will contribute to the development and implementation of individual education plans and behaviour support strategies. The role requires strong classroom management skills, creativity, resilience, and a highly empathetic approach, alongside a genuine commitment to helping every pupil reach their full potential.
