Role Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs Support pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs Develop positive relationships that encourage engagement and learning Monitor progress and contribute to EHCP reviews Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other professionals Skills and Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required At least 6 months'' experience within an SEN or SEMH setting Excellent behaviour management skills Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one Ability to provide references covering the previous 24 months ..... full job details .....
