SEND Teacher Specialist Resource Provision Hounslow A well-regarded primary school in Hounslow is seeking to appoint a dedicated SEND Teacher to lead a newly developing specialist provision from September. If you are a SEND Teacher this is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within a growing SEND team, working in a purpose-built resource provision designed to support pupils with additional needs within a mainstream setting. The class is intentionally small, with a maximum of eight pupils, allowing for a highly personalised approach to teaching and learning. Each pupil has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), meaning support is carefully structured around their individual needs and long-term outcomes. You will be supported by two skilled Teaching Assistants, with additional guidance from external professionals.
