SEND TeacherAnnual Salary: £150 - £200 per dayLocation: GreenwichJob Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to work with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role requires a compassionate and skilled educator who has previous experience in a school setting, ready to make a significant impact in the lives of students.Day-to-day of the role:Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of SEND students, ensuring all learning activities are accessible and engaging.Implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students, adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of the class.Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and other professionals to support student learning and well-being.Assess and record students'' progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed to facilitate student learning and development.Create a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages students to achieve their potential.Required Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience as a teacher, specifically with SEND students.Strong understanding of the educational and developmental needs of children with disabilities.Excellent planning and organisational skills to create effective learning experiences for SEND students.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies.Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for inclusive ..... full job details .....
